Six ways security teams can get smarter about cloud security

Updated: Sep 10

Don’t over engineer, re-engineer! Get security right.

  • Do not over rely on devops and engineering teams that are already under immense strain

  • Gain expertise in cloud and security instead so you are the trusted advisor

  • Understand why shift left may not work for cloud and how it differs from secure by design

  • Understand how to apply secure by design in a seamless way

  • Ensure security is a a seamless part of a centralized smart orchestration system

  • Speed matters, security must be frictionless so business can focus on innovation and staying competitive.
